Single-wall corrugated board · measured thickness

Choose the board thickness before printing. The model, part previews, and templates update to match.

Print at 100% / Actual size and check that the printed ruler measures 100 mm.

Open A4 templates · 4 sheets Print a practice joint

Tab neck 2.4 mm · slot 4.8 × 18.8 mm.

Measure the tab with both wings folded. Open the wings once the shoulder is seated. If the tab binds, check the fit on a practice piece before forcing it.

Identify the parts

7 pieces from 5 templates. Dimensions show the full cut blank, including tabs or flaps. Trace each template as many times as its copy count indicates. Use the A4 sheets to trace at actual size.

Folding T-tab

1. Fold both wingsFold both wings onto the same face, side by side.

2. Slide the tab through the slotAllow room for the full folded thickness, including any bulge at the creases.

3. Open both wings by handThe wings spread out on the far side and keep the tab in place.

Assemble the house in three stages

1. Fit the side walls to the floor

Fold both wings of each floor tab onto the top face. Slide each side wall (L and R) onto its two tabs from the side. Open the wings outside the wall.

2. Fit the front and back walls

Fold the wings at the ends of the side walls towards the inside. Slide F in from the front and B from the back. Open the wings outside the walls.

3. Fit one roof panel at a time

Fold the tab wings on the sloped edges towards the inside. Lower M1, then M2, squarely onto the slope. Open both wings of each tab on top of the roof.
